DESCRIPTION
The Explore Scientific 8.8mm 82° Ar eyepiece provides a wide, high-contrast and sharply defined field of view across its entire 82° apparent field. It is argon-purged and sealed against moisture and dust, ensuring long-term durability.
All lenses are EMD fully multi-coated and blackened at the edges to minimize internal reflections and maintain maximum contrast. The comfortable eye relief supports averted vision technique to detect faint details.
This eyepiece features a foldable rubber eyecup and is parfocal with others in the series, eliminating the need to refocus between changes.
