DESCRIPTION
The Tecnosky EDT 80/480mm V2 apochromatic refractor is a high-end telescope that offers impressive performance in a compact format. It features a triplet ED objective with a central FPL-51 synthetic fluorite element, delivering excellent chromatic correction far superior to standard ED doublets — all at an affordable price.

Its fast f/6 focal ratio makes it ideal for deep-sky astrophotography. With a 0.8× reducer/flattener, it becomes a capable f/4.8 astrograph. At only 355 mm long and 3.5 kg, it's the perfect companion for the mobile astronomer.

The V2 version includes upgraded mechanics: a sturdy 2.5" rack-and-pinion focuser with 1:10 micro-reduction knob, integrated focus scale, retractable dew shield, and CNC rings with a Vixen-style mounting bar.
