DESCRIPTION
The GSO 2x ED Barlow lens (2") features a high-quality ED doublet, delivering excellent chromatic correction and sharp images. It has a 37 mm clear aperture, making it ideal for wide-field eyepieces. The lens group is threaded with a standard 48x0.75 mm filter thread (same as 2" filters) and can be detached for direct mounting behind eyepieces, CCD cameras, or DSLR adapters, reducing the magnification factor to 1.5x. The barrel includes a brass compression ring to securely hold accessories without marking them.
