DESCRIPTION
The Celestron C11-A CGE is a powerful 279 mm Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tube in a compact 24" format. Weighing just 12.4 kg, it is portable enough for a single user and offers exceptional imaging and observation capabilities.
Its StarBright XLT optical coatings maximize light transmission, resulting in higher contrast, brighter deep sky images, and reduced exposure times.
The OTA is Fastar compatible, allowing imaging at f/2 by replacing the secondary mirror with a dedicated lens assembly (sold separately).
A CGE-style dovetail plate ensures wide mount compatibility.
Supplied with a 40 mm eyepiece (70x), 9x50 finderscope, 1.25” star diagonal, and visual back.
