BAADER AMICI PRISM DIAGONAL 45° VIEWING ANGLE 24 mm – 1.25" BARREL

Description:
The Baader 45° Amici prism diagonal provides a fully erect and laterally correct image for terrestrial observing. It features a wide 24 mm clear aperture and a 1.25" barrel, ensuring compatibility with most standard refractors and spotting scopes.

While many low-cost erecting prisms offer only a 19 mm aperture—causing vignetting or image darkening at low powers—this Baader model offers a full 24 mm opening for unrestricted viewing, even with wide-angle eyepieces.

The prism is housed in a precision-machined body, with a compression ring clamp to securely hold the eyepiece. It is an ideal solution for nature observation, landscape viewing, or daytime astronomical use when image orientation is important.
